The paper covers the topical issue of internal determinants of the process of professional development of a person. As one of the main internal factor determining the professional development of a person, the author considers the person’s professional attitude. The paper presents the results of the theoretical analysis of the structure and types of professional attitude of labor entities and gives the review of the native literature concerning this issue. The author notes that there are no any works in science that present the typology by the criterion of person’s attitude to the professional environment and the strategy of person’s behavior and communication depending on this attitude. It is understood as the complex, relatively stable formation determining the person’s attitude to the professional environment and to oneself within it and orienting the person’s behavior and activity within the professional environment. The paper determines the professional attitude structure involving three aspects: attitude to business, attitude to people, and attitude to oneself. Each aspect involves cognitive, affective and emotional components. The author gives the professional attitude typology based on the distinctions within the axiological orientations of a person. The typological distinctions are associated with two factors: person’s attitude to the results of labor and its centrality. Based on the stated structure, the author describes four types: “Creator”, “Careerist”, “Formalist”, and “Performer”. Two divisive tendencies are discussed expressed in stated attitudes: professional dedication and professional detachment. It is noted that the creation of methodological tools for practical application developed on the basis of the professional attitude typology is the prospective direction of further study.
Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме внутренних детерминант процесса профессионализации субъекта. В качестве одного из главных внутренних факторов, определяющих профессиональное движение субъекта, рассматривается его профессиональная позиция. Представлены результаты теоретического анализа структуры и типов профессиональной позиции субъектов труда. Приводится обзор отечественной литературы, посвященный изучению данной проблемы. Отмечается, что в науке отсутствуют работы, представляющие типологии по критерию отношения субъекта к профессиональной среде и зависящей от этого стратегии поведения и общения субъекта. На основе анализа литературы приводится авторское определение профессиональной позиции. Она понимается как сложное относительно устойчивое образование, определяющее отношение субъекта к профессиональной среде и самому себе в ней и ориентирующее поведение и деятельность субъекта в профессиональном пространстве. В статье определена структура профессиональной позиции, содержащая три аспекта: отношение к делу, отношение к людям, отношение к самому себе. Каждый аспект включает когнитивный, аффективный и эмоциональный компоненты. Приводится типология профессиональной позиции, в основе которой лежат различия в ценностно-смысловых ориентациях субъекта. Типологические различия связываются с двумя факторами: отношением субъекта к результатам труда и его центрированностью. На основе заданной структуры описываются четыре типа: «Творец», «Карьерист», «Формалист», «Исполнитель». Обсуждаются две противоположные тенденции, выраженные в данных позициях: профессиональная увлеченность и профессиональная отстраненность. Отмечается, что перспективным направлением дальнейших исследований является разработка на основе предложенной структуры и типологии профессиональной позиции методического инструментария для практического применения.
