The article studies the issues of the international student support system development as an efficient instrument for increasing the number of international students in Russian higher education institutions. The article analyzes experience of universities from the USA, Great Britain and Russia in establishing an integrated international student support system at all stages of recruitment and further study, which results in increasing the level of satisfaction with the experience among international students.
В статье рассматриваются вопросы развития системы сопровождения и поддержки иностранных студентов как эффективного инструмента повышения их контингента в высших учебных заведениях Российской Федерации. В статье анализируется опыт вузов США, Великобритании и России по организации комплексного сопровождения иностранных студентов на всех этапах привлечения и последующего обучения, направленного на повышение удовлетворенности этой группы студентов пребыванием в вузе.
