The organization of physical education at a university differs from the organization of teaching other disciplines; therefore, a special approach to the introduction of digital technologies into the practice of physical education at a university should be used. To develop and critically understand the further digitalization of the process of physical education of university students, it is important to obtain empirical data on what experience of using digital technologies in the practice of physical education at the university teachers and students have accumulated, and what problems they have encountered when used these technologies. The author carried out a comprehensive survey of teachers (n=20) and students (n=50) of the Faculty of Physical Education, Sports and Tourism of Mari State University to study their experience and attitude towards the use of digital technologies in the physical education of university students. The survey results indicate a generally positive attitude of teachers and students towards the introduction of digital technologies into the process of physical education. Most students consider the introduction of digital technologies into the process of physical education useful and relevant. As the main difficulties associated with the process of physical education digitalization, the students specified the following: 1) the majority of them lack experience in using digital technologies specifically in the field of physical education; 2) difficulties of self-organization; 3) increasing the volume of intellectual workloads. The majority of lecturers surveyed do not have sufficient experience in using digital technologies in their professional activities; there is a lack of time to master completely the opportunities offered by digital technologies, which is associated with a heavy professional workload.
Организация физического воспитания в вузе отличается от организации преподавания других дисциплин, поэтому к внедрению цифровых технологий в практику физического воспитания в вузе должен быть особый подход. Для разработки и критического осмысления дальнейшей цифровизации процесса физического воспитания студентов вуза важно получение эмпирических данных о том, какой опыт использования цифровых технологий в практике физического воспитания в вузе накоплен преподавателями и студентами и с какими проблемами они столкнулись при использовании этих технологий. Проведено сплошное анкетирование преподавателей (n=20) и студентов (n=50) факультета физической культуры, спорта и туризма Марийского государственного университета с целью изучения их опыта и отношения к использованию цифровых технологий в физическом воспитании студентов вуза. Полученные результаты указывают на в целом положительное отношение преподавателей и студентов к внедрению цифровых технологий в процесс физического воспитания. Большинство студентов считают внедрение цифровых технологий в процесс физического воспитания полезным и своевременным. В качестве основных трудностей, связанных с процессом цифровизации физического воспитания, студенты отметили: 1) отсутствие у большинства из них опыта использования цифровых технологий именно в области физической культуры; 2) трудности самоорганизации; 3) увеличение объема интеллектуальных нагрузок. У большинства опрошенных преподавателей отсутствует достаточный опыт использования цифровых технологий в профессиональной деятельности, наблюдается недостаток времени для полноценного освоения предлагаемых цифровыми технологиями возможностей, связанный с большой профессиональной нагрузкой.
