Abstract

The development of cognitive independent behavior of future teachers is one of the main factors of quality improvement of their vocational training. The author of the paper attempts to clarify the definition of “cognitive independent behavior” and allied concepts according to the terminology field, to describe the structure and the levels of the studied phenomenon development, to design the model of the development of cognitive independent behavior of the students – future teachers at different stages of study in a higher educational institution.
