Abstract

The competence approach to the organization of the higher school vocational training created the conditions for the development of new forms of the students’ individual work organization. The preparation for work with the graphical professional documents takes special place. This paper considers the technique used for this type of preparation, and namely the methodology of teaching to read a drawing using mathematical signs and symbols and the context of future professional activity.
