Abstract
Basing on the study of methodological and theoretical issues of development of the Russian and Western higher pedagogical education, as well as the existing knowledge in the field of future teachers training and the educational process organization in the teachers training higher education institutions, the author states that the individualization can bring the vocational training to a conformity with the new social realities and international standards and make a student to be a subject of his learning. The author understands the individualization of future teachers vocational training as the organization, by means of innovative forms and methods, of such system of interaction between the learning process participants in the educational process of a modern higher education institution when the individual capabilities of each student are taken into account and used, and the prospects of further personality structure creative development and harmonious improvement are defined.
