Abstract
A factorial experiment is one of the central concepts of the theory of experiment planning is used to describe the activities of the objects of management. This mechanism allows you to find the relationship linking some results of the control object with the original factors. To find the dependence is experimenting with different combinations of values (levels) factors. If you ask possible number of levels for each factor, an exhaustive search of all possible combinations of factors at all levels form a complete factorial experiment. The paper describes the possibility of practical realization of ideas G. Taguchi, who proposed to characterize the activity of the control object stability characteristics important for him. In order to study the stability, G. Taguchi proposed the use of the method of robust design, one feature of which is the design of experiments. To assess the influence of factors on the result proposed to use the ratio of "signal / noise", which refers to a signal-controlled factors, and under noise - uncontrolled, have a negative influence on the process. As the object of study selected processes of transformation of knowledge into a learning organization staff and the algorithm of the full factorial experiment to study the key performance indicators.
