RFID – MEANS TO IMPROVE EFFICIENCY OF LIBRARY INFORMATION AND EDUCATIONAL CENTER

Abstract

The article describes the technology of radio frequency identification (RFID), an analysis of the publications of its use in various fields, including in the activities of libraries, both foreign and Russian. Advantages of RFID automation of the main technological processes of library of higher education institution are specified, their efficiency as in internal work (inventory, the accounting of funds) is shown, and in service of readers, problems of introduction of the RFID technologies are noted. The important feature of RFID tags - protection against loss and theft. In library of higher education institution the organization of a free access to funds that allows to increase quality and efficiency of library service of users is the main reason of expediency of introduction of RFID technology. Comparison of bar code labeling with RFID shows obvious advantages multipurpose labels. The article also indicated problems in implementing technology RFID, primarily financial. Improving outcomes on key indicators proves the effectiveness of RFID-technology. Increasing information literacy readers is the result of the training library functions, the improvement of which is associated with the increasing automation of library technology. Introduction of technologies of radio-frequency identification will allow library of higher education institution to move to qualitatively new level of work and will play an important role in the scientific organization of work of library as modern information and educational center.

The ability and willingness of employees to seek speedy acquisition of new knowledge allows them faster than the competition to ensure the effective functioning of the company in the market. It is those organizations that are supporting vocational training and continuous training of its staff, achieved a high level of success in modern business. Therefore, characteristic for the present conditions of rapid changes in the external environment and the aging of professional knowledge required for adaptation to new economic trends, mobility of human resources is one of the most important factors in its success on the market. From the point of view of management, the success of Russian companies on the domestic market, it should be noted and fast dynamics principles, on the basis of which is implemented by the management staff. The formation of new organizational strategies, the effectiveness of which is based on the key indicators of success, requiring the preliminary design of indicators and their monitoring. Definition of parameters of quality of the HR policies in organizations and determine the relevance and the choice of research topics in this area. The article as a competitive organization is considered higher educational institution, in which in-house training already exists and is implemented through teacher training system, and through the course of training. Abstract

A factorial experiment is one of the central concepts of the theory of experiment planning is used to describe the activities of the objects of management. This mechanism allows you to find the relationship linking some results of the control object with the original factors. To find the dependence is experimenting with different combinations of values (levels) factors. If you ask possible number of levels for each factor, an exhaustive search of all possible combinations of factors at all levels form a complete factorial experiment. The paper describes the possibility of practical realization of ideas G. Taguchi, who proposed to characterize the activity of the control object stability characteristics important for him. In order to study the stability, G. Taguchi proposed the use of the method of robust design, one feature of which is the design of experiments.
