Abstract
In current market conditions, the most important tool for ensuring competitive advantage and growth dynamics of the economic performance of any company is the adaptation of personnel to the requirements of the external and internal environment. The ability and willingness of employees to seek speedy acquisition of new knowledge allows them faster than the competition to ensure the effective functioning of the company in the market. It is those organizations that are supporting vocational training and continuous training of its staff, achieved a high level of success in modern business. Therefore, characteristic for the present conditions of rapid changes in the external environment and the aging of professional knowledge required for adaptation to new economic trends, mobility of human resources is one of the most important factors in its success on the market. From the point of view of management, the success of Russian companies on the domestic market, it should be noted and fast dynamics principles, on the basis of which is implemented by the management staff. The formation of new organizational strategies, the effectiveness of which is based on the key indicators of success, requiring the preliminary design of indicators and their monitoring. Definition of parameters of quality of the HR policies in organizations and determine the relevance and the choice of research topics in this area. The article as a competitive organization is considered higher educational institution, in which in-house training already exists and is implemented through teacher training system, and through the course of training. Main approaches to the design parameters and the measurement of the quality of the content of internal training.
