Abstract

The existence of interpersonal relationships within the various forms of social relations is the realization of impersonal relations in the activities of specific individuals in acts of communication and interaction. Features of interpersonal relationships are crucial factor determining the formation and development as a unique social and psychological climate in the group, and the trajectory of the formation and the formation of the basic psycho-pedagogical phenomena that characterize the ways of communication and interaction in it.
