QUALITY OF EDUCATION AT TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY AS THE PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Abstract

Article is devoted to questions of quality of education at technical university. Relevance of the designated problem is proved. It is shown that quality of education rather difficult and ambiguous concept. "Quality of education" is given the theoretical analysis of a definition, author's definition of the studied concept is removed. It is offered to use rating system of an assessment of quality of training of students as the mechanism which will allow to increase motives of pedagogical activity of teachers and educational activity of students, and also functionally to unite activity of all participants of educational process.
