Abstract

Today, women's participation in governance is important for Azerbaijan, because it means generally improving the status of women in society. Based on international practice and experience, we can say that both men and women can become professionals in this field. The rapid development of political processes expands the scope of public participation of Azerbaijani women and gives you the opportunity to participate actively in political life. This helps instill in them real leadership qualities.
