Abstract

The article contains the results of the author's research on the causes of the resistance of employees against innovative changes. There are three groups of reasons of innovative passivity of an organization: psychological, personal and organizational. Each group has specific characteristics and peculiarities of development of anti-innovation behavior of personnal.
