FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT NETWORK OF SCIENTIFIC AND TECHNICAL RESEARCH LIBRARIES IN THE REPUBLIC OF AZERBAIJAN

Abstract

The creation and development of technical libraries primarily been associated with the development of industry in the country, the development of technology, quantitative and qualitative growth of personnel in the industry. Studies have shown that in the 60 years of the twentieth century in Azerbaijan social functions and tasks of technical libraries, formed as a separate section of a unified library network, developed in accordance with the objectives and requirements of the country's ongoing state-building.
