Abstract
The paper considers the life and creative writing of Kosta Khetagurov, a founder of Ossetian national language. The author describes the stages of biography of the great Ossetian poet, writer and publicist, which influenced his creative personality development, as well as evaluates K.L. Khetagurov’s contribution to Ossetian culture development.
