Abstract
The increased attention to the development of regions is principally caused by the necessity of more effective formation, development and use of intellectual resources of the regions. According to the authors of the paper, it can be implemented in the process of creation of a broad network of technology platforms in the regions, and the arrangement of conditions for effective interaction between the leading companies and the scientific base of the leading educational institutions of a region.
