Abstract
In the context of world transformation into a single zone seems appropriate updating of scientific discourse, the subject of which is the possibility of formation of the mentality of cooperation in the modern Russian society. Objective complexity, diversity of subject`s life in the new world community makes it be "employee" at different levels of relationships. Determining role in solving this problem belongs to the higher education system. Significant potential for developing a culture of collaboration of university students has cluster interaction. Implementation mechanism of cluster interaction traditionally assumes functioning education cluster, which is characterized by long-term, systemic nature of joint activities of its subjects (educational, industrial, academic institutions and others.). Currently the situation in Russia is due to the interaction of the cluster difficulties such as unwillingness of employers to formulate the system requirements for the competence of the future expert and the limited capacity of universities included in the system interaction with employers to-date production. It is necessary to have a coherent and deep examination of the interaction of the system components of the cluster. Therefore, we believe that in the educational process of the university one of the solutions to the problem may be a collaboration of students and professionals outside agencies, organized within the local education cluster, which is a significant advantage of direct and active involvement of students in collaboration with professionals involved in production of a particular socially significant product.
