SCIENTIFIC AND HISTORICAL PRECONDITIONS OF STUDYING THE PROBLEM OF SOCIAL EXPERIENCE’S FORMATION OF PERSONALITY

Abstract

The difficult situation in modern society demands special attention to the questions of the younger generation's socialization. The concept "socialization" is utterly broad including the formative processes and results, the personality formation and development throughout life. The success of the personality socialization is defined by the result as being the gained social experience. The research of evolution of scientific ideas concerning the essence of the category "social experience" allows to define the structure, mechanisms, principles, factors, substantial and procedural aspects of the younger generation's studied category formation in the changing sociocultural situation, to designate a role of domestic and foreign scientific achievements for further research of the problem. At the present stage of the pedagogical science development, the social experience is defined as an original synthesis of different imprinted feelings and experiences, knowledge, abilities, skills, ways of communication, behavior stereotypes, internalized values and social attitudes. According to the theoretical analysis of scientific sources at this stage of the science development, the idea of formation process of the personality social experience changes, it is about young people's training for independent life in the changeable society, about providing sufficient freedom to them for their self-determination, self-organization, self-identification.
