Abstract
Increasing requirements for teaching staff from the major consumers of educational services - children, their parents and society and the state as a whole, the implementation of public education standards, external independent testing of secondary school graduates, globalization and informatization of the modern world, the rapid increase in information flows - all that needs to be improved model of modern teaching staff, ensuring his personal and professional correspondence indicated requirements, improve its competitiveness, and therefore - modernization of the entities that provide services to postgraduate education, which is not possible without a sound, timely and qualitative modernization of the machinery of government postgraduate teacher’s education.
