Abstract

This paper discusses the theoretical and methodological approaches to the study and organization of the educational environment of the modern university in developing the professional employees sustainability of social protection system. The decision marked a necessary condition for the problem is not so much to enhance the functioning of the system of higher education, providing training appropriate profile as factor in the successful implementation of all the planned modernization of the social protection system.
