FROM EXPERIENCE WITH INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHODS OF LAW IN MEDICAL SCHOOL

Abstract

This paper analyzes the introduction of innovations in the educational process of the North Ossetian state medical academy in the study course «Law», summarized the experience in the implementation of effective forms, means, methods and technologies for training and education in the light of the Bologna educational project. The author believes that the evolution of the educational paradigm dictates the need to shift education motto «Do this!» Towards the development of independence and adoption of the slogan «Think Yourself!». To do this he must be able to evaluate their own results after each session, including by means of solving situational problems.
