Abstract
Pedagogical views MERasulzade sets out a number of his works. In particular, he considered in detail issues such education as the development of school education problems that take account of people's history, its spiritual heritage. In particular, the opportunity should be used folklore and spiritual culture in general. Speaking for the national education foundations, distinguished three foundations of elementary education: general, compulsory and free.
