Abstract
This paper discusses the main directions of multicultural education as an important component of modern education conducive to absorbing knowledge about other cultures, customs, lifestyle, spiritual values of the peoples; education of young people in a spirit of respect for other cultures systems; increase ethnic and cultural competence of the future generation.
