Abstract

Appeal to the ideas of humanization and humanization of higher education requires new approaches and technologies, when the attention of teachers should be paid to the formation of students' capacity for creative self-development, self-organization, self-realization, professional development, self-improvement and to the search for mechanisms for human adaptation in a profound change in the the modern world. The main task of education is to improve each student's future as a competence, a qualified person, the development of its activity, initiative, professional mobility, responsibility for his actions and building its position in life.
