COMPETENCE APPROACH AS THE BASIS OF INNOVATIVE ORIENTED TRAINING FOR BUSINESS IN THE TECHNICAL COLLEGE

Abstract

For the educational system of Russia competence approach is not entirely new phenomenon. Key elements of this approach in education has always been an integral part of quality management education and training. As a key concept of modern education system supports the concept of competence, and their formation is one of the main goals of higher education. Russian scientists say that the main difference from a qualified competent person is that the former is not only the knowledge and skills a certain level, but also the ability and willingness to implement them in practice. Competence leads to the existence in humans of intrinsic motivation to quality implementation of their professional activities, creativity for self-improvement and self-development. Competence approach is based on understanding and accounting requirements of the market in the process of training specialists in the sphere of business. The requirements for content and conditions of implementation of basic educational programs imposed by employers, the state, society, managers and employees of educational institutions. The article describes the features of the implementation of competence approach as a basis for the organization of an innovation-oriented training for the areas of business today. Studied the basic concepts of competence-based approach. Proposed key professional competence of specialists in the field of business organization.
