Since a dominant industry cannot be specified in the economy of most regions of our country, it seems necessary to organize such a network of vocational training institutions which would allow maximum matching of supply and demand for workers and specialists to the requirements of the regional labour market and the prospects for social and economic development. In connection with the above mentioned, a number of integration network models are defined, as well as the resources that facilitate their implementation are presented and analyzed. As a part of the analysis of the regional integration network models in different regions of the Russian Federation (on the basis of the documents available in the Internet) the models of integration network within the secondary vocational institutions have been considered in the following regions: the Republic of Karelia, the Tomsk Region, the Tambov region, the Republic of Khakassia, the Republic of Mari El, the Transbaikal region according to the system of criteria and indicators identified by the author. In the process of expertise some problems and risks associated with the process of networking organization in the country have been identified and described. As a conclusion, the author has formulated the basic proposals for optimization of the network of educational institutions implementing programs of primary and secondary vocational education and vocational training at the level of the subjects of the Russian Federation and municipalities.
