PERSONAL ORIENTED APPROACH AS A STRATEGY OF SYSTEMATIC AND CONSISTENT PROCESS OF LEARNING FOREIGN LANGUAGE

Abstract

Realization of higher vocational education is realized on the base of common conceptual position of learner-centered communicative pedagogical teaching technologies including foreign language training. Personal-oriented approach as a strategy for higher education determining the direction of the teacher is focused on the development of student's personality in the process of training and education in the implementation of pedagogical interaction as a holistic system-meaning education. Professional teacher-linguist must be capable to establish relations with learner. This characterizes his professionalism both from the point of view of the position of language competence, and the positions of learner-centered approach and subject-subject relations. Modern didactics of foreign language teaching involves the development of skills of intercultural competence of students, which is an indicator of a person's ability to participate effectively in intercultural communication and understand foreign language culture and their own language.
