Abstract

Today's labor market is characterized by unstable and unpredictable, and therefore to the employee are requirements related to readiness for constant self, self-realization of their professional productive capacity, overcoming disadaptative options for professional development and career growth. A graduate of the modern university is obliged to be very mobile person, able to independently interpret progressive processes used creatively prepared in high school knowledge and skills in their professional work, included actively in resolving emerging problems, to find genuine ways out of this situation.
