Abstract

Article is devoted to a problem of training of students of college in the conditions of competence-based approach. It is shown that the competent expert unlike the qualified possesses not only knowledge, abilities, skills of a certain level, but also ability and readiness to realize them in work. On the basis of competence-based and integrative and resource approaches the image of the modern graduate of technical university is simulated and the model of future expert is developed. The structure of professional competence allowing to concretize intrinsic characteristics of formation of the creative person of future expert in the context of his subject and professional specialization is defined.
