Abstract

In the article the pedagogical conditions of the successful professional training of the primary school teachers in the projected educational environment are grounded and characterized. The necessity of social adaptation of students in the plane of interaction with the educational environment of professional training is done; the feasibility of updating the developmental potential of educational environment of professional training of the primary school teachers and the process of personal and professional development and students’ self-development in the creative search mode, and the importance of mastering the future primary school teachers with the innovative technology of education and training of the primary school pupils on the basis of co-being.
