Abstract
In the context of scientific research, we found that the process of continuing professional education includes general scientific, theoretical, practical and general cultural training. This entitles you to consider continuing professional education as a fundamental principle of the new model of additional vocational training, semantic factors which should act solidity, integrity, consistency.
