Abstract
After ousting Georgian troops from South Ossetia, the Russian troops 08.08.08, together with the South Ossetian armed groups in the country occur socio-political and economic transformation, and education began innovative processes that develop in three areas: what teach (content), in what sequence (structure) and how to teach (technology). Description of these processes and the article is devoted.
