Abstract
Achievements in the field of general education of the Azerbaijan Republic are quite high. "National Strategy for Development of education of the Azerbaijan Republic" to define the tasks that must be done for the development of education. This document defined the transition to a qualitatively new stage in the field of education, the path of modernization of education and human capital development.
