Abstract

The article raises the issue of the necessity of creating the rating of teachers, which should be based on the comprehensive analysis of approaches to the quality of the teaching staff. The article considers the experience of using  the rating of activity of scientific and pedagogical staff on the example of the Higher Educational Institution.
